During the month or so that we were living with Mom and Dad, Anthony took on a few projects around their house to keep himself busy. One of the bigger projects was building a Gazebo in their backyard. It turned out gorgeous! It is so nice to have such a talented and handy husband. I just can't wait for him to start building me Gazebo's and stuff. Maybe in 10 years when he is no longer so crazy buzy.....one can dream.

Tillamook (not jus cheese) Cheese Factory
We went to the Tillamook cheese factory with Nana and Papa. The kids could have cared less about how the cheese and ice cream was made...they just wanted to eat some of the MANY MANY flavors of ice cream that there was. Even Addison was desperate to get her tiny little hands on some cold drip of heaven.

HOME SWEET HOME
Here are some pictures of our new home. Remeber, a lot of it is still a work in progress. Every day I am loving it more and more. It really is the perfect home for us right now. I love EVERYTHING about it. The neighborhood and ward are amazing. We have already met some great friends. In fact Maya, Kai and Addison are having some friends over today for a play date. They have 5 kids and the last three are the exact age as our three. Annie is 5, John is 3 and Kate is 4 months. Maya is so excited she can hardly stand it. The Tualatin community is absolutley amazing. They have so many family oriented activities offered almost daily. In fact, tonight we are going to a free concert at Tualatin Commons (last week it was a puppet show). We just couldn't be more thrilled about our new home and we have no doubts this is where we are meant to be.

4th of July on the coast
We were so lucky this year to be a part of the Strehlow/Campbell crew that spent the fourth of July week at an amazing beach house on the Oregon coast. We had such a wonderful time and played hard and ate A LOT!!!
Eating lunch at Moe's Crab Shack
Walking on the pier by Moe's
the best dollar bin purchase from Target that I have ever made. These little pop rocket things entertained the kids for hours
Kai and Maya had fun making Stitch do his "leave it" trick.
doing fireworks infront of the beach house. later that night we watched fireworks going off all up and down the beach. It was so fun and layed back.
Kai did NOT like the picalo pete's very much.

Maya joined the club!
It is quite an exclusive club in our family to have Nana pull out a tooth. And now Maya is an offical member. Nana got to pull out Maya's second tooth. She was so excited!

The past couple of week PART 2
The kids love the park near Nana's house. It has a huge sand pit with a bunch of trucks, bucket and shovels. Best of all, it is covered by big huge shade trees. Maya and Kai sit there and just play and play.
Maya has been practing the monkey bars since the day we moved to Oregon. After a couple of weeks of trying...she got it! I was so proud. She is getting so big!!!!!
Here is a little more from Father's day. Anthony loved the picture frame I made for him with the kids spelling out D-A-D
Keeping tradition alive, the kids helped me make Anthony breakfast in bed....YUMMY!!
The kids at the Tigard balloon festival
Addison was tuckered out and slept away in the stroller.
Anthony's first day at OHSU. Wow, he is growing up so fast. I am so proud of him!
For my birthday, Auntie Cheryl gave me a gift certificate to get a pedicure. I decided it would be fun for Maya and I to go on a date and get pedicures together and make it a girl's day out. She is so cute, as we were heading out the door, she came running down the stairs with a tiara and said, "I am definatley going to need this since we are going to be treated like princesses!"
